The products must be returned at your expense, in their original packaging and unused. You must request an RMA number via our contact form; without this number, no return will be accepted.
Order cancellation
As long as the order is not being prepared, it can be cancelled free of charge.
Refund Policy
The refund will be made at our discretion by direct refund to the card, by check, or by bank transfer within 30 days.
